An Update on the Progress of Saving My Friend's House From Foreclosure

The most recent trustee sale date was Tuesday, September 10, 2013 at 1:00pm. The sale had already been postponed twice. 

My friend had previously hired an attorney to help him fight this thing, and it was this attorney who got the first two scheduled sale dates postpone, after my friend paid him $2,500. 

The problem was that my friend made it as clear as he could, from the very first, that he did not want a loan modification and instead wanted the attorney to help him force the alleged loan servicer and alleged trustee, that they had legal standing to foreclose on him. 

But, the attorney said that demanding that the bank produce the note was not the way to go, and kept pushing my friend to accept a loan modification. The whole time, my friend and I were both doing lots of research online. 

From an organization called Fraud Stoppers, I got two letter templates as email attachments. One of them to modify and send right away, and the other to  possibly modify and send later--depending upon the response we got to the first letter. 

I modified the letter and a week before the scheduled auction, we mailed a copy to the alleged servicer and a copy to the alleged trustee. Both letters were mailed certified and priority mail. We did the certified to get the signature cards back, for proof that the letters had both been sent and received. And we did the priority mail, just to speed things up.

A couple of days latter I used the certified mail numbers to track the letters, and they had both arrived at their destinations. 

Up until the morning of the auction, my friend's house remained on the auction site listing as still on the auction schedule set for 1:00 pm. But, at around 6:00 am on the morning of the auction, the strangest thing happened. All but two of the properties scheduled for auction, disappeared from the site. 

We thought that it was rather odd that all those houses would disappear at the exact same time. So we decided to go to the auction, just to see for ourselves. 

At the auction, there was only one house, and one condo up for bid. When we got back home, my friend had two voice mail messages from the secretary of the attorney that my friend had hired. Neither she, nor her boss knew what to make of the sudden disappearance of my friend's house from the auction schedule. Neither of them knew about the letter we sent. 

When she called back and left a second message, she said that she had talked to a representative of the alleged servicer, and that she had been told by that representative that the sale was to go on as scheduled. We knew this was a lie, because we had been there in person and seen for ourselves that almost nothing was auctioned as scheduled that day. 

Later that day my friend's house reappeared on the auction site, but this time it was listed as cancelled. At that time, none of the other disappearing houses had returned to the site. But, a few hours later, or maybe it was the next day...several of the other houses showed back up. They were all listed as postponed, with new sale dates,

Since that time, the number of the postponed houses, keeps  fluctuating. Sometimes there are more, and sometimes there are fewer. But, not once since it first reappeared, has my friend's house left that site. It remains there with the same "cancelled" listing, with only the September 10, 2013 sale date, and no picture. 

And we have yet to get any communication of any kind from the alleged servicer, or from the alleged trustee. 

I seriously doubt that the alleged servicer or trustee are going to give up that easily. I am sure that they are trying to figure out what their next move will be, or something. But, I will continue to find the whole situation a bit unnerving, until we get some kind of response.

Something to Really Think About


In his book called "Infinite Love Is The Only Truth--Everything Else Is Illusion" (Exposing the dreamworld we believe to be 'real') David Icke takes the conspiracy that many of us are aware of and awake to....to a much higher level. He goes beyond the Iluminati, and the so called elite/or even the reptilians, to the real source which is the system itself, or the matrix, as he calls it.

If you have never seen the Matrix movie trilogy...all three movies, you really should, and if you have seen them...but not recently...you should watch them all again...hopefully with a new understanding.  There is a great deal of truth in those movies, about the world and system that we live in, and how it really operates.  I highly recommend to anyone who sincerely wants to take their understanding of this world  we live in, and how it really operates...to a whole new, and much higher level, that you both watch all three of these movies, and read David Ickes above mentioned book. ...because it will be highly beneficial to you, and to humanity as a whole. Each person who increases his or her knowledge and understanding...makes it a little bit easier for the whole of humanity to also increase it's knowledge and understanding...and knowledge is power...and the more knowledge the whole of humanity has, the easier it will be for the whole of humanity to break free of the power the matrix/system holds over us.

David Icke, does a great job of explainingin this book, how the system operates, and how it manages to keep most of humanity under its "spell", and why it seems so difficult for those of us who understand what is really going on, to get through to, and awaken most people.

The system keeps the majority of humanity locked into the illusion that this world actually is, through the use of many tools and silent weapons---including what passes for education, toxic substances in our food and other parts of our environment, every kind of religion...particularly the mainstream/conventional ones, party politics, electromagnetic pollution, flouride in the water, vaccines, pharmaceuticals, GMO foods, and many other things.  The purpose of all these things is to disrupt our DNA, which is basically like a computer program, and rewrites it the same way that a computer virus corrupts a normal computer program and causes it to malfunction.  It is the same basic principle, and it keeps us trapped in the multidimensional illusion, and unable to remember who and what we really are....which is actually infinite consciousness.

He states in his book, that many of the people are infinite consciousness, at varying levels of awareness, with most people being more trapped in the illusion than others. But, he says that there are some people who are not infinite consciousness at all...these are pure software programs, and have no consciousness at all...like the red dress programs depicted in the Matrix movies. These include the Illuminati, of course...but these red dress programs exist in all walks of life from the poorest to the richest....and they just follow the program.  They don't think for themselves, anymore than a computer does...they just behave as the system has programmed them to behave.

The last thing the system/Matrix wants, is for infinite consciousness to infiltrate, and over power the system's control over humanity. That is why they use so many weapons to keep us trapped in the illusion of the matrix. The matrix would actually cease to exist, if all of humanity suddenly remembered that we are all infinite consciousness. We have been programmed and conditioned from birth to believe that this world is real, and that the system is valid, and that we are our bodies....but it is only the system itself that benefits from programming humanity in this way.It is a detriment to humanity, and it makes slaves of all of us, when our true nature is to be free.

Party Politics is one of the weapons or tools that the system uses to control humanity.  Most people are still caught up in the idea that it matters who gets into the White House, or into any high level public office.  Most people still cling to the idea that their votes actually has some/any bearing on who gets to be president.  But the truth is, that no president has ever been elected...every single one of them has been SElected, and all of them are Illuminati bloodline.  The so called elite, always manipulate things so that both candidates are always elitist puppets, so even if the didn't predetermine the winner...which they always do...they would still win.  The idea that we have two major parties, is an illusion..designed to give the people the illusion that they are actually deciding something. This illusion of choice is just part of the system's arsonal of control weapons.

The majority of people will choose not to believe what I am saying here, and they will continue to fight and argue about which candidate and which party is the best.  But, when the majority of the people finally wake up to the truth that the game is rigged, and always has been...and that the winner of every election is always predetermined, we will finally begin to move in the right direction...toward real freedom. Those qho support or help to perpetuate this system in any way, are actually supporting the enslavement of humanity....most without realizing what they are doing, or how they arebdoing it.

Slavery is not just the obvious form, like the African American slaves suffered at the hands of the rich, white, southern plantation owners. Slavery can be much more subtle than that, and still be slavery. These subtle forms of slavery are actually more beneficial to the system, and more detrimental to humanity, because there are a great many more slaves, and because the slaves are programmed in such a way, that they actually believe that they are free. Of course, it would be impossible for any slave to think him or herself free, if they had any real understanding of what true freedom is.

Everything I am Learning About Mortgage and Foreclosure Fraud

I currently have a personal connection to mortgage fraud, even though I currently have no mortgage of my own. My friend that I am staying with, is facing a foreclosure, and I am helping him try to fight it. I have been doing a great deal of research on this subject, because of my friend's situation. I have discovered that there are remedies out there, because the fraud committed by the banks, is rampant.

Many people all over the country, are losing their homes--most of them illegally--because they do not know how to fight back.

Most people are not aware of the fact that every single loan a bank makes, is fraudulent from the very start. That is because banks never loan any of their own assets. They never even loan out their depositor's assets. And, they never put up anything of their own as consideration. They basically just monetize the promissory note with the borrower's signature on it. So, who is REALLY creating the "money" that the borrower is borrowing? The promissory note would be totally worthless without the borrower's signature, so could it be that the borrower's signature has all the value that is being loaned back to the borrower with interest? 

The bank always gets paid for that "loan" the instant the promissory note has been deposited in the bank's account as an asset. The promissory note instantly becomes the "money" that the borrower has been conned into thinking he or she owes. Then, the bank gets paid again because the vast majority of the time, the bank does not keep the note, but sells it instead. Banks can sell a note,  numerous  times--as strange as that sounds. They also use 90% of every loan they make, as the basis for more new loans. In fractional reserve banking, they usually have to keep 10% in reserve, just in case of a run on the bank. The banks also get paid by the mortgage insurance, whenever a mortgage goes into default. They have a very  lucrative  scam going, and they are not going to give it up without a fight.

Very few people seem to be talking online, about using that as a defense, though. I guess that is because most people can't wrap their minds around the idea that all bank loans are fraudulent. But, many people are using other fraudulent practices as a defense against fraudulent foreclosures. Many mortgages are listed in something called the MERS system, and those mortgages are practically guaranteed to be unenforceable. 

There seems to be lots of fraud even in non MERS mortgages, though. My friend's mortgage, does not appear to be listed in the MERS system, but I noticed some interesting inconsistencies in some of the recorded documents that we copies of from the County Clerk's office this past week. One of them was a letter that was signed and notarized on two different dates. 

I learned in my research about a practice they call Robo-signing. That is where the banks hire minimum wage employees to just sit the bank's lawyer's office, and notarize and sign hundreds of foreclosure documents without even knowing if they are legitimate or not. 

If you, or anyone you know, is going through foreclosure...please do your research, and find out what your remedies are. Don't just walk away from your house. We cannot let the banks win at this game. They are driving the whole country, and even the whole world to ruin, and we cannot let them steal everything from us. 

If they are the legitimate owners of your note--make them damn well prove it. Most of the time, banks foreclose when they have no legitimate standing to do so, and the true owners of your note--if such true owners still exist--are still out there, and could come after you later, and try to take your house. Make the banks prove that they can produce an unbroken chain of title, and prove that they even have the right to foreclose on you. 

There have been cases of more than one bank trying to foreclose on the same house. There have even been cases of banks trying to foreclose on houses that are already paid in full, and even houses that have never had a mortgage at all. 

Even if you are current on your mortgage payments, and not currently facing foreclosure, you should do this research and find out who really owns your note. You could be paying the wrong institution, and sometime down the road, you could find out the hard way, that you have paid all that money...for nothing. Even if you are current on your mortgage, you should check out organizations like Fraudstoppers, and any other similar organizations that you find. Listen to what they have to say, and find out all you can about what has been going on. 

Then, you should take the necessary steps to find out about your own mortgage. At the very least you can give yourself the peace of mind of knowing for sure that you are making your payments to the correct institution, and that no other institution will come back on you later, threatening to foreclose on your house--even after it has been paid in full. In some cases, you might even find that no one has standing to foreclose on you, or that some fraud committed by your lending institution has rendered your note null and void. I personally would see that as a massive cause for celebration.
